Groups
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is actively engaged in integrative translational research supported by a bioinformatics group involved in both the application and advancement of methods in computational biology and bioinformatics.
This group is involved in the active area of bioinformatics and biostatistics, called integromics, that incorporates a number of related fields including: machine learning, data mining, natural language processing and a wide variety of statistical and computational methodologies.
